Welcome students! My name is Ryan Pasko, and I would like to tell you a little about myself. I am a graduate of Grove City College where I majored in music education. You probably guessed that music was my major because I am here today as your instructor. My concentration instrument is classical guitar. But I play many more instruments. I started to play music in the second grade when I took piano lessons. I then went on to join the elementary band and choir. I was in band and choir through out high school. I went to many honors festivals, hopefully many of you will have the same good experiences that I had. I decided in high school that I wanted to become a music educator because I wanted to teach what I loved, Music! So here I am ready to be your music teacher and band director.

As you can see my favorite instrument is the guitar and I play much more than classical music. I have three different guitars that I play regularly. Besides the guitar I have played upright bass in the college orchestra, percussion in the percussion ensemble and marching band, and tenor saxophone in the concert band. I play many instruments and I feel that I could help the students become better at their chosen instruments.
